Privacy Policy

Dot Context Digital

  • Dot Context is a global advertising technology platform focused on media buying and reducing the complexity of the marketing technology ecosystem. Dot Context helps advertisers create personalized ads for every individual customer dynamically, in real time. With its unique rule-based engine, it enables deeper and more meaningful engagement with customers. We are headquartered in India, with an office in New Delhi. This Privacy Policy is provided to inform you about how our ad optimization technology—including our Ad Network Platform for online advertisers, Real-Time Bidding Service, and Dot Context (collectively, the “Service”)—collects and processes information on behalf of:
    • (i) advertisers, agencies, ad networks, and other media-buying clients (collectively, “Demand Partners”), and
    • (ii) website owners, mobile application owners, ad networks, ad exchanges, sell-side platforms, and other suppliers of advertising inventory (collectively, “Supply Partners”).
    Demand Partners and Supply Partners are together referred to as “Clients.” This policy also outlines our privacy practices on our corporate website (“Website”): www.dotcontext.ai.
  • Dot Context recognizes and values your privacy, and we are committed to protecting the confidentiality of your personal information. To better safeguard your data, we have adopted a robust privacy policy that allows you to monitor the information you provide to us. We will seek your consent before collecting any information about you, and you will always be informed about how your information will be used. At any time, if you wish to withdraw your personal information, you may contact us at info@dotcontext.ai and specify the information you would like to have removed.
  • You will find an explanation of our Privacy Policy to help you better understand the measures we take to protect your information. We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time, so we encourage you to visit www.dotcontext.ai regularly to stay informed about our privacy practices.

Usage

  • We use cookies and web beacons for specific purposes. These technologies help us track when an advertising impression is delivered, enabling us to correctly attribute it to a Demand Partner and invoice them accordingly. We also use cookies to manage the frequency of ad exposure, ensuring alignment with a Demand Partner’s campaign objectives related to frequency capping. As a buyer of RTB (Real-Time Bidding) inventory available on sell-side platforms and exchanges (Supply Partners), we map anonymized user identification numbers (UIDs) with the anonymized UIDs of Supply Partners. This allows us to identify the underlying impression and serve the most relevant advertisement for that impression.

Personal Information

  • The following information about you is considered personal information for the purposes of this Privacy Policy: email address, credit card information, name, phone number, residential address, and any other information collected from you. We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise permit the use of your personal information by any third party unless we have been expressly authorized by you, either in writing or electronically. From time to time, we may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related website information to reputable third parties. However, such information is shared only in aggregated form and does not include any personally identifiable information. We conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with the policies established to protect your information. We may disclose your personal information solely for legitimate business purposes, including delivering services and providing special offers tailored to your needs. We may also disclose information when we believe, in good faith, that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to:
    • a. Comply with legal or regulatory requirements;
    • b. Enforce or apply the terms of our website user agreement; or
    • c. Protect our rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of others.
    We expressly prohibit our clients from sharing any of your personal information with us. To the best of our ability, we have taken all necessary precautions to avoid receiving personal information from our clients. In the event that we do receive such information, we will take all reasonable steps to promptly remove it from our servers and records.

Cookies

  • Cookies are small text files that a website transmits to a user’s computer. They enable a website to track a user’s preferences and activities related to that website. Our website creates a temporary cookie for each visit to facilitate your browsing experience. These cookies automatically expire once you leave the website. They also help us deliver relevant information and updated content based on your interests. Cookies are widely used across most major websites. They may also be used to track browsing or purchasing behavior and to deliver targeted advertisements. We may engage third-party advertising companies to serve ads on our behalf. These companies may use cookies and action tags (such as web beacons) to measure advertising effectiveness. Any information collected by these third parties through such technologies is anonymized and does not personally identify you. For more information, please refer to the Beeswax Privacy Policy and its cookie opt-out instructions, as well as the Google Privacy Policy and the opt-out options available on their respective websites.
